Terms of Service

By creating a PostingPilot account you agree to these terms. If you are using PostingPilot on behalf of a company or client, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.

PostingPilot generates social content in your voice and schedules it through your own Publer account. You need a valid Publer account and API key to publish. We are not affiliated with Publer or with the social networks you publish to, and we cannot guarantee their availability or their handling of your posts.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you may use up to 5 AI generations per day and 15 AI generations in total, with 1 workspace and 2 connected channels. Carousel and AI video generation are not included in the trial.

Daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC and monthly allowances reset on the 1st of each calendar month. When a cap is reached, AI generation pauses until the next reset or until you upgrade; no overage is available on the trial.

One free trial per customer. We may end a trial early if it is used to abuse the service.

You can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage subscription inside the app. No phone call or email is required.

Cancel before the end of the 7-day trial and you are never charged; access ends immediately on cancellation during the trial.

Cancel a paid monthly or annual plan and it stops renewing at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until that date, and your content stays available for download until then.

Charges already made — including part-used months, part-used annual terms and metered AI overage already incurred — are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

Plan changes made mid-cycle are pro-rated: upgrades are charged immediately for the difference, downgrades are credited against the next invoice.

Each paid plan includes monthly caps on workspaces, connected channels and AI generations. Workspaces and channels are hard limits.

AI generations include a 25% overage buffer above the monthly cap, billed on your next invoice at $0.50 (Solo), $0.35 (Studio) or $0.20 (Agency) per extra generation. Once the buffer is used, generation pauses until the next cycle or an upgrade.

Your live usage against every limit is shown on the Billing page in the app.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Failed payments are retried, and access may be suspended if payment ultimately fails.

Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes never affect a term you have already paid for.

You own the content you upload and the content PostingPilot generates for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and transmit it in order to run the service.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before it is published. AI output can be inaccurate and should be checked against your own facts, claims and compliance obligations.

Do not use PostingPilot to publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or infringing content, to impersonate others, to generate spam at scale, or to breach the terms of Publer or any connected social network. We may suspend accounts that do.

We work to keep PostingPilot available but do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us during that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost reach, followers or revenue.
