How does AI generation work?▼
PostingPilot uses your voice profile and topic prompts to draft text, images, and videos. You review every output before anything is scheduled or published.
What inputs do I need to provide?▼
At minimum, describe your topic or audience. For best results, add writing samples, tone notes, and brand colours to your voice profile.
How do I train my writing voice?▼
Create a voice profile and paste 3–5 examples of your writing. PostingPilot learns the tone, structure, and vocabulary to match your style.
What happens if a video generation fails?▼
Video renders depend on a third-party provider. If a job fails, the app logs the error and shows a Retry button so you can try again without losing the prompt.
Can I retry a failed or rejected post?▼
Yes. Any draft, image, or video can be regenerated from the post detail page, and failed publishes retry automatically with backoff.
Do I need a Publer account?▼
Publer is required for scheduling and publishing. Connect your account in the Channels page, then PostingPilot can push posts to your selected channels.
Which social channels can I post to?▼
Any channel connected to your Publer account, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. You pick the exact channels per post.
Can I manage more than one client or brand?▼
Yes. Each client gets an isolated workspace with its own voice profile, brand kit, channels, API keys, posts, and analytics.
How does the AI content calendar planner work?▼
The planner scans your weekly and monthly schedule for gaps, then fills them with suggested topics, drafts, and image prompts you can drag, reschedule, and approve.
Can PostingPilot create carousels and video?▼
