Clear, predictable limits — you'll never be surprised by a bill.
- AI generations are metered per calendar month and reset on the 1st.
- Each plan includes a 25% overage buffer above its monthly cap — Solo 15, Studio 75, Agency 375 extra generations.
- Overage generations are billed on your next invoice at $0.50 (Solo), $0.35 (Studio), or $0.20 (Agency) each.
- Once the buffer is used up, AI generation pauses until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
- Workspaces, connected channels, and team seats are hard limits — no overage; upgrade to add more.
- The free trial is limited to 5 AI generations per day and 15 in total — no overage; generation pauses when either cap is reached.
Pricing questions
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with up to 5 AI generations per day (15 in total). You pick a plan, add your card, and you are not charged until day 8 — cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
How much do I save on an annual plan?
Annual plans are billed once per year at the price of ten months, so you get two months free compared with paying monthly.
What happens if I go over my AI generation limit?
Each paid plan includes an overage buffer of 25% above its monthly cap, billed at $0.50 per generation on Solo, $0.35 on Studio, and $0.20 on Agency. When the buffer runs out, generation pauses until the next month or an upgrade.
Do I need a third-party scheduler?
No. PostingPilot publishes directly to your connected social channels, so you keep full control of your channels and publishing history.
What counts as an AI draft?
Each generated post, hook variation set, carousel, or video brief counts as one generation. Usage is tracked per feature in your dashboard.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time, including switching between monthly and annual. Upgrades are prorated immediately and downgrades credit your next invoice.
Trial & cancellation policy
- • The free trial lasts 7 days and includes 5 AI generations per day, up to 15 in total.
- • No charge is taken until day 8; cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- • Cancel any time in-app from Billing → Manage subscription — no phone call or email required.
- • Cancelling during the trial ends access right away, with nothing charged.
- • Cancelling a paid plan keeps access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- • Annual plans can be cancelled at any time and stop renewing at the end of the year term.
